Would not trust themThe positive Good work as in check list and making sites safe and the on the ground workers are their to help when needed The cons would not trust them to their word. The management can’t tell their left hand from their right leg They shoot them selfs in the foot at every given chance

Horrible. If you want to protect your mental health, stay away
The good thingssalary in the market
The challenges1. Politics and fake performance reviews are used 2. Issues and challenges with newly acquired business, especially dealing with difficult staff, and that cause great troubles for other employees. For example, one guy sitting in one of office is a yeller and screamer, and those behaviours were endorsed by Director, GM and this business. 3.Values and culture in this company are questionable, not align with what was written on paper and its website, there are a lot of politics, felt GM and director were being dishonest towards complaints. 4. Upper management brings troubles to and takes advantage of employees 5. Hate working with this company 6. Management is superficial, offering only lip service instead of genuine support or change 7. I cannot see there is a real management and leadership 10. Management often do not know what their subordinates are doing. 8. Taking a mental toll to work with some of very nasty and horrible people that you never want to handle and who are mean, picky, and backstabbing.

    Horrible
The good thingsGuys on the floor where great
The challengesQuiet possibly the worst run company I've come across. Management are extremely reactive instead of being proactive. Horrible communication internally and to clients. Force there workers to front angry clients instead of showing up themselves

Rewarding projects at a good company, with an excellent team culture
The good thingsGreat company to work for, supportive team without the usual underlying pressure of a civil engineering contractor. I felt like everyone was chasing the same goals and working together to get there.
The challengesQuite a niche industry with a lot to learn about contamination and human health risks, but I was provided good support to get there

    Excellent.
The good thingsAgile organisation with direct access to top management and decision makers. These persons are good listeners and quick to act. Good social life with a clear target to develop company culture and team building.
The challengesCyclic activity. Strong dependence on major infrastructure projects. Mid size company that could face some difficulties with staff retention over tier 1 organisations.

Great Company, which enables valuable contaminated land remediation experience to be gained.
The good thingsExcellent people to work alongside with plenty of enthusiasm, passion and innovation towards remediating contaminated sites. Wide array of opportunities within the company whether it be working with soil, air, water or all of the above. Unlike some cooperation's, the Management team at Enviropacific are accessible and approachable.
The challengesWorking in the construction industry can result in long hours and 6 day weeks.

The good thingsInitially it was a great place to work under the original senior management and owners. Always down to earth and there for the employees. Lots of interesting work and projects always busy never bored, competitive remuneration and great benefits for employees.
The challengesOnce investors became involved in the company, the original senior management/owners were pushed aside, and the new and current management had taken over, the culture and environment at Enviropacific has been on the decline over the past 3 years. Remuneration has fallen behind, benefits have either been changed to become less of a benefit for the employee at a cost saving for the company and most benefits taken away. The overall company changes have been negative to the point were the culture and working environment is now toxic. You don't want to be there.

    THINK TWICE
The good thingsthey provide phone and car.
The challengesThe management are terrible, monthly pays which they manage to stuff up all the time. Management promise 1 thing then never deliver still to date waiting for things promised from 1 year ago that was signed off by senior management, however when you ask about it never get a straight answer. the senior management would make good politicians. As for the bonus they spruke about never seen one in 4 years yet the team hit every target required and more
