    Career progression in a great environment My experience working for The Epping Club has been amazing, I started in Events with a great team & have been offered career progression moving into another role within the club. The Epping Club encourages career progression & cross training between departments. The staff are friendly & professional.

    The good thingsThe members are very friendly. Most of the staff are friendly.
    The challengesLack of communication and compassion from managers. They are hypocritical, pushing values that they do not live by. There is no motivation to do a good job.

    Loved it!!!
    The good thingsI enjoyed the relationships I made as well as the opportunity to further my training and gain experience in other areas of the club. I also enjoyed the stability & longevity of the management team, they are all very knowledgeable & experienced.
