UNDER-APPRECIATED, UNDERPAID, NO TRAINING, MANAGEMENT/OWNERS HAVE NO IDEAThe good thingsMiners on site, free flights and food is free
The challengesTrying to work for a company that is not respected by the mining sector is embarrassing. I had no training the whole year I was there. Main trainer had no on-road experience. Contracts are never reviewed once signed, even for grads. Be very careful. Owners/Management have great communication during onboarding but then after that, NO emails are not replied to. Barely roadworthy cars to do the commute to and from camp, very dangerous.
