I had a good learning throughout my career. Very recently things changed as some very cunning peoples are onboaded through different channels unworthy of E///. The main pain area for my case is the salary package. E/// has no retention outlook
The good thingsLong time player. Has a global customer footprint.
The challengesToo hard to change... much manager laden .... the complexity of how E/// works is a bottleneck for it to change quickly and respond to its customers demands. This is truly an pain point. Transforming E/// is much needed.

I use to think Ericsson was the place to be......
The good thingsFast pace, good money
The challengesProjects can make it a toxic environment, Ericsson don't learn from their mistakes and project management principles are a lot to be desired. They will chase for numbers then worry about cleaning up the mess later. I worked long hours with little support.
