    This role is exactly what I have envisioned myself to be a part of.
    The good thingsI enjoy the range of tasks and project I have been involved in. Management has been very understanding and open to my ideas and processes.
    The challengesAs I did not have HR experience prior to this role, some tasks were a bit challenging. However, the team is patient and understanding of the learning process. They allowed for sufficient time for training and ongoing feedback.

    The good thingsI first spoke with Ethan Group founder around four years ago when he outlined his plans for the future, I have been keeping an eye on the progress and keeping in contact with ex-colleagues working at Ethan Group. I can say that I have been impressed with its go to market model and its end to end ICT offering. Above and beyond offering traditional ICT services such as Procurement, Managed Services, Professional Services, Data, Internet, Voice, Mobile, they have deployed their own robust cloud solution built on the Cisco, EMC2, VMware, VBLOCK. What is more impressive is the launch of their SDWAN which is crucial if you are running a diverse network.....Ethan Group eliminates the complexity of managing many vendors by being the single point of contact for our customers…..But the technology is only the enabler. The real value of Ethan Group is the quality of its people…….every conversation with a client is about solving a business issue with measurable outcomes.

    Overall good, we were transitioned from another workplace to this, so the role changed a bit, which is why I found unlikeable.
