    The challengesupper management support "Work more" is not a good work ethic in confronting large work loads and dead lines "55 plus hrs is not enough you'll just have to work Saturday's" Ets fleet is a toothless tiger .. workers are spread to thin across the branches and being tied to contracts left to the mercy of management "tick and flick policy" promoted to keep management happy Different level of expectations across branches
