Love your brothers and sisters, love your work culture. Be weary of the Chieftains
The good thingsWork crew was awesome, for the most part and it was a fun and captivating experience to find and utilise different processes of one's self development both personally and for future aspects within the arboriculture industry.
The challengesPoor management, Micro-management, management promoting a sense of self inadequacy. Poor morale support. No appreciation or respect for the iconic saying "Work hard, work well, be rewarded", for your efforts. Verbally and mentally brought down on the journey for personal and constructive developments.

-Very bad place to work, wouldn't recommend to anyone. -High staff turnover, the only people that stay for life are ones that can't get a job anywhere else.
The good thingsLots of halfwits running around so it's easier to keep to yourself.
The challenges-No career progression -No support from managers -Average pay -Terrible culture -Poor communication between workers -Very little opportunity to move within the company
