    This is the worse job I had out of my whole working career. So I’m lucky really, that came to my senses.

    The challengesNo processes or structure, working for stress, management makes up there own rules, working in poor conditions in some departments, constantly butting heads with certain other departments.

    Its a job I enjoy but can leave at work and not take the stress home with me.
    The good thingsAs a family owned business it has a great sense of togetherness and every one works as a team.
