Will be amazing at first, but then it will go down hill real fast!!The good things50% off was amazing, enjoyed making relationship with other managers and my casuals. left with some amazing friends. They've such great incentives especially around xmas time for managers.
The challengesUpper management is terrible, they flip flop a lot, was back stabbed a lot and these people are suppose to be my mentors. when reporting thing to HR, HR just didn't care and pretty much told who said even those it was suppose to confidential. Got yelled at for tell HR on my regional and State because, well two against one and they were higher up then me. felt like i was working with teenagers and not people in their 30s
