    Working here with Fallon was "FUNTASTIC".
    The good things1. There is a work-life balance. 2. The company truly values your hard work and appreciate you. 3. Everyone is willing to support each other. 4. I love the inclusive culture. 5. There is also a room for learning and career development.

    I’ve been working for Fallons for about 4 months and I love it. It has been a huge improvement from my previous company with better pay, better people and so much support. I have learnt an incredible amount of new skills in my profession and feel 10 X more confident in my work. I recommend Fallons to anyone whether you’re looking long term or short term. Awesome company
    The good thingsNever feel pressured. Go at your own pace. super supportive. Plenty of toolbox meeting / trainings. Learning bits of multiple trades.
    The challengesCan be stressful. Price objections.

    Adjusting to the Fallon process did not take too long. I have been fortunate to move into a solar sales role which has furthered my skill ceiling.
    The good thingsFantastic pay - commission based incentive to make big dollars. Opportunity. Self-Development. Challenge. Life and business skills. Friendships. Lots of OT if you want it. If you lack experience in an area there is always someone there to pick up that slack and teach you the way. Fantastic treatment of employees that do want to go out on their own, they normally end up sub-contracting back to us.

    It’s not all work and no play.
    The good thingsFallon Solutions has a really positive and inclusive working environment. There’s always something to celebrate or look forward to in the office. Once you understand the processes and how things work, it really is a job you’ll never want to leave.
    The challengesComing from a smaller company the biggest challenge has been understanding each department and the individual roles everyone has within the departments.

    I have found where I want to stay.
    The good thingsA supportive genuinely friendly culture rare to find in any industry. I work hard and in return I am paid well. Management that make me feel comfortable asking anything and include me with decisions. Good work life balance and feel at home when I’m working. Happiest I’ve ever been in a role.
    The challengesStarting from zero initially was a challenge but that is like any sales role while I build up a pipeline.

    You won’t find one better
    The good thingsWorking for Fallons is hugely rewarding, both in financial and personal/professional development. Plenty of opportunities to expand on your current knowledge in an environment that’s forgiving and supportive. Learning to look outside the box to value add on each and every visit you make. Like any position in a progressive company the more you put in the more you get out of it. And I might add the team are great to work with.
    The challengesBe prepared, this is not your typical trade services company. The focus is on exceptional customer service and work quality. The other challenge is getting over the pricing hurdle but you will overcome that once you realise the true worth of your expertise and the service level that Fallons provide. Customers love it

    The good thingsEvery day is different. I’ve also gained different skill sets and experience both personally and professionally. They are not your run of the mill trade company. Always looking at different and better ways to do things.
    The challengesFallon’s are different than other companies in how the have adapted their process. This could be overwhelming for some but have more than enough support to help put your mind at ease creating a less stressful environment.

    The challengesFallon process can be very overwhelming at the beginning of your time at the company however there are so many team members and office staff to help if you ever need it. The office staff and management are very friendly and always have the time of day for you should you have any issues or questions. Some people dont like our prices coming from smaller domestic service companies but once you realise what level of service Fallon provide its easy to see why the cost is higher than most.

    Phenominal experience, I can't imagine wanting to work anywhere else.
    The good thingsNever felt rushed to get to the next job! Constant support by the whole team. Bonuses are really good! The whole company is completely ethical and safety is great. They spend a lot of money investing in you and growing your skills.
    The challengesInitially starting out learning everything can be full on, however they have really good training involved and actually take the time training you.

    The experience is great and you meet new challenges along the way but management holds you down and you will get feel discouraged to give more to the company. Certain rules and policies are still ambiguous where different level of management have different perspectives. Still a long way to go to improve overall. Sales becomes a priority at one point but you are never appreciated for the effort anyways. If you want to be a real tradie then search somewhere else.

    The challengesManagement and supervisor are still in a mess. They make new rules as they go. Honesty is hard to find among the management.
