    If it wasn't for the CEO and Exec. Family Spirit could be an amazing place to work. However, better run for the hills than work for them as that would be an unpleasant experience.
    The good thingsThe PSP and IFP team is amazing. The direct MCW for the teams are helpful and understanding. Everyone is always willing to help.
    The challengesThe CEO and Exec. are unkind to the staff, they are unethical, there is no open communication and they lie.

    The good thingsThe children and carers, colleagues.
    The challengesNo support, toxic environment, incompetent leadership, from CEO to team leaders, no flexibility, no trust of staff. Many staff currently jumping ship! This goes for most teams, there are some with exceptional team leaders but only until they too jump ship.
