    Different to working in other popular grocery stores, definitely a very unique experience for all of us who worked there.
    The good thingsMany friendly staff, diverse range of products, supported local businesses, opened early and closed late everyday, open everyday (except Christmas) unlike other grocery stores.
    The challengesPoor management, low salary, poorly maintained working environment, poor communication with admin staff, limited flexibility to swap or add new shifts.

    Overall it has been a good experience however I feel like I need to move into a workplace with more challenges and fresh faces.
    The good thingsThe good things about working at farmer jacks is most likely the friendly working environment and the lovely Clientele that you meet every day.
    The challengesThe challenges of working at farmer jacks would have to be the centre itself having some structural issues, and occasionally there would be some thefts in store.
