    That was worst work place I had. But I worked there couple year ago, maybe something changed.
    The good thingsAverage company, nothing special there.
    The challengesThat's outsource company, but there is no diversity (99% of employee is Indians). No flexibility with WFH and remote work. Low salary. Poor management, annual review is a bureaucratic procedure instead of discussion achievements or limitations . There was no people binding events or entertainments, only New Year party. Trainings and learning sessions related only to conduction of work.

    The good thingsAlmost like a start-up within a larger corporation that combines the benefits of being agile and having leading edge products and support in the background. Flexibility in terms of working time and location. Good atmosphere in the office and collaboration amongst colleagues is good.
