please seem work elsewhere. The head office and management will cut costs at all angles and there is no opportunity to grow.
The good thingsNothing. Unfortunately this is a very selfish company with a terrible management system.
The challengesUnreasonable sales targets, outdated systems, old and unsafe equipment for our members that hasn't been updated in 7 years, no career progression or growth

    Unachievable sales targets, no pay-off
The good thingsReally fun work environment when we're hitting our targets and not getting scolded. Meet lots of people and build relationships with members.
The challengesPressured to hit VERY unattainable sales budgets for no pay-off. Salary is far below average, constant referral calls to people who are not interested in memberships, expected to do community outreach regularly (handing out flyers), no real career progression, and fairly poor and deceitful management.

Wake up looking forward to going to work each day!
The good thingsHuge number of members, great equipment and staff, regular ongoing support in the shape of managers/colleagues and in-club training. The independence to run your own business and be self-sufficient within the club - your business is only limited by your amount of hustle!
The challengesCan be very long hours starting out while you grow your client base.

It was good, could be better though.
The good thingsSome of the people are great, membership comes with your PT contract, large gym, 30 day resignation notice, no lock-in contracts (besides the first 30 days).
The challengesSenior PT was hard to approach and would belittle me in front of others; of course they'll deny it. Maybe they just didn't like me.
