Micromanagement runs rampant and completely kills any chance at running a smooth operation.

The worst company to work for. Micro managed, extremely toxic upper management. Don’t bother.
The good thingsGood group of people to work with on site who are actually amazing and under appreciated.
The challengesThe worst and most toxic upper management ever in any company. Disgusting how they talk about all staff behind their backs. Highly micro managed. Do as they say attitude. No staff appreciation. Only pays award rate without flexibility Can’t make a simple mistake. Over processed procedures. Everyone is treated as a number and not appreciated. There’s a reason why they don’t promote the business name on job ads.

A Trusting and Supportive Place to Work
The good thingsFlameStop is a great place to work with a genuinely supportive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone is super helpful and nice, which makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your work. The work-life balance is spot-on, allowing you to keep your professional and personal life in harmony. What I really appreciate is the level of trust and respect they give their staff—you're trusted to get the job done, and that kind of confidence really boosts your morale. There's a lot to learn because of the wide range of products, but with the amazing support from colleagues, it becomes a manageable and rewarding experience.
The challengesThe biggest challenge here is getting to grips with the extensive product range—it can be a bit overwhelming at first. There's a lot to take in, but the good news is that you're never alone. There's always someone ready to help out and guide you along the way. With a bit of time and patience, you’ll find yourself mastering it all and growing in confidence.

The good thingsNo to many to be honest.
The challengesManagement blowing smoke up your proverbial bottom. To lack of incentives and benefits and no willingness to let lower staff evolve.

Great work Culture and multiple Career opportunities.
The good thingsFlamestop has a great working culture with amazing colleagues. An encouraging management team with great career opportunities. FlameStop makes you feel like apart of the family rather than just a "number" or just an employee. It is a growing company with many opportunities and a privilege to be apart of a company who encourages your say and listens to your recommendation's to improve processes and procedures.
The challengesComing from a very corporate environment to a warehousing industry was a bit of a culture shock, but in a good way. It is what you make it and the opportunities are there for people willing to work for them.

The good thingsThe team at Flamestop Is great and the support from senior management is on point.
The challengesSome challenges in communication between our small branch in WA and the larger east coast branches. It’s also been a challenge to replace team members who leave and get new employees onboard with what we do and where we want to be.

The worst company I have worked for.
The good thingsUnfortunately, there isn't a lot of nice things to say about working here. Except that some of the staff were great to work with. Massive weight off my shoulders when I quit this place.
The challengesManagement is extremely condescending. They seem to lack any real management skills or even people skills.
