    Supportive environment
    The good thingsSupportive environment with approachable leaders and great teamwork in the People Experience team. There are plenty of learning opportunities and my manager has been really supportive of my growth & development.
    The challengesSome processes have a lot of small moving parts which can be confusing for someone starting, and approvals can occasionally cause delays — but it’s not the end of the world.
