    Pharmacy with a great team and fun work environment.
    The good thingsBest team to work with. I have worked in a number of other pharmacies locuming over the years but Rosewood Pharmacy tops them all. All staff members have each others backs, fun work environment, wonderful customers, terrific support from the owners and the possibility to further your development into full scope or ownership if you desire. The drive into Rosewood from Ipswich is easy with minimal traffic compared to driving into Brisbane.
    The challengesCan get busy but this is managed by all the staff to ensure customer service is forefront. Extra dedicated staff to join the team would be a bonus.

    Footes Pharmacies are a great encouraging group who take pride in their work with staff and customers.
    The good thingsThis is a fabulous group to work for. I have previously worked for other pharmacies and this group looks after not only their staff but customers. Footes group give back to their community as well as giving plenty of staff incentives and awards.
    The challengesThere is nothing I don't like about this company. All owners are kind easy going and caring, ensuring all staff are happy and looked after at all times.

    DONT do it, there are way better places to work and you can’t be that desperate to work at this company. value yourself
    The good thingsMost of the staff are lovely to work with.
    The challengesIt’s all about money making and you loose track of what really matters the customers.Some staff are hostile about their position and will be mean to younger staff. It’s a low wage for the amount of work you are required to do.

    Fast paced friendly work environment, lovely staff and customers, lots of opportunities to grow your skills and be part of an amazing team!
    The good thingsNice friendly work environment! Customers are lovely and recognise you and often come in with donuts and goodies for staff. Staff members at this store are nice to work with and easy to get along. Lots of opportunities to up-skill and work in different areas. (Not stuck doing one thing)
    The challengesLots to do! If you expect to stand around daydreaming this job is not for you, but if you love being busy with constant tasks to do (which only makes the day go quicker) you will love working here.

    Great environment although very fast paced it has so many perks and you are surrounded by the best staff and customers !!!!
    The good things- Great staff to work with. - Great bosses & management - Flexibility for people with families to attend the special occasions, milestones etc - Customers. We have so many amazing customers who love to visit us.
    The challenges- Busy ! Be ready to work , but who doesn't love a work day that flies by - Accommodating and understanding that life happens. Don't let a couple of reviews about guilt of sick leave deter you. Sometimes I feel they are too lenient then when they put their feet down staff don't like it and leave !

    No work-life balance, made to feel guilty when needing to take a personal day for illness or family, overly busy and understaffed with no support from management. If wanting to stay with one place for a long time, would not recommend.
    The good thingsAmazing team of assistants and techs. The team work together on short-staffed days and support each other because they know how stressful the job is and understand how it feels to need a personal day or to go on holidays. Positive aspect is there is opportunities to further qualifications.
    The challengesManagement makes little to no effort to support staff with rude customers. 90% of the time the shop is understaffed and instead of addressing the problem, staff are expected to just deal with it because they have done so before. Can be very cliquey, and conflict is not dealt with appropriately.

    Working at the Foote's Group I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. The team's passion and dedication to delivering top-notch service are inspiring. I've learned so much from everyone. The company culture is fantastic - supportive, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve. I've had opportunities to grow and develop my skills, and the work-life balance is great. If you're looking for a dynamic and friendly workplace, I'd definitely recommend Foote's Group.
