My experience was enjoyable there with the staff being supportive and caring throughout the day.
The good thingsThe good things about Foundever is its sense of community and support, the managers and the big bosses are really kind and helpful. The shifts are good when you are focusing on studying or working holiday. There is much room for progression in Foundever.
The challengesThere was nothing that could be improved with Foundever.

Horrible and the worst time of my life.
The good thingsSome colleagues. That is literally it.
The challengesAlmost everything. HR department is run by a rude, dictator that does not listen and refuses to change their opinion, even when you have evidence supporting your claim. Upper management is out of touch with the reality of the office work and only care about your numbers. Will use you for massive amounts of OT when they require however as soon as they dont need it, will move you to a poor roster. Most team managers are horrible and they are some of the rudest, most arrogant people going around. Refuse to help you, make you feel stupid and isolated, only care about your numbers. Their behaviour seems to be encouraged and supported by operations manager. Very cliquey and one of the most toxic workplaces Ive ever encounted. Oh and the pay is miniumum wage!

Horrible place to work at, and management makes you feel isolated and alone.
The good thingsSome nice people work there.
The challengesMental state after working there for a couple of months is bad, Management that is non approachable and support is non existent. You can not be that desperate to justify working there. Just do not.

    Unrealistic KPIs and Expectations
The good thingsFriendly coworkers, good sized tea room, one or two good managers, lots of food and snacks provided by company, close to cafes and other eateries
The challengesKPIs are very difficult to achieve and I think the pressure I was under to achieve them was very bad for my mental health, I can only think of one or two good managers and I think I was lucky to know them (most people in management seemed to show a lack of understanding and empathy towards both the workers and the customers), high staff turnover so friends and friendly coworkers leave very quick (normally within 3-6 months), very limited parking, and extremely low pay for the work you do.

Terrible, Would not repeat, even if better pay was offered
The good thingsGood benefits if you can stick out the 6 months to get them
The challengesThe whole shebang. Toxic management setting unrealistic goals to keep clients, who have unrealistic expectations of employees.

The company is always hiring new people as the turn around rate is so high. They company is diverse and will hire just about anyone due to staff always leaving
The good thingsFriendly coworkers - but high turn around rate so they won’t be there for long.
The challengesLow pay and strict KPIs. Many rules which change often. Computer with multiple technical errors/slow intranet. The 5 start reviews are probably from HR trying to save face.

Nice environment to work with opportunities to gain management experience in a relatively short amount of time.
The good thingsManagement are nice. Obviously you have to hit your KPIs like any job...but that's just work. They give you 3 months before they show concern and try to help you improve. The human resources team is very understanding and down to earth.
The challengesThere are a lot of buttons and programs to learn so you sometimes forget things. Alot of things to learn.

    The challengesThe unreasonable customers
