    Disappointing!
The good thingsthere was not a lot besides the team members.
The challengesVery poor management with a high school clique approach to managing. No room to improve within the company. Do not accept any challenging opinions or make improvements with given feedback. Base wage is ridiculous in this economy and just in general.

The good thingsYou'll find people you mesh with fairly easily, there's someone for everyone.
The challengesPoor management overall, in denial about the disgruntled employees and very little is done to alleviate the constant complaints

A good hearted company with so much potential, talented and driven staff.
The good thingsGreat team, lots of benefits and culture, room to move and cross platform learning.
The challengesLack of consistency across departments, teams, markets and individuals job descriptions vs what is actually done on a day to day basis. Work hours unsustainable. Management seem to turn a blind eye to consistently high turnover and consistent criticism which goes unfixed. Zero reward for a job well done or major wins.
