Plenty of other better companies in Australia, this place is not recommended.
The good thingsNice bunch of people to work with, young vibrant team.
The challengesSenior Management is running the show like small family business not the ASX listed Company, micromanaging everything and everybody. Hiring people without thinking of consequences what such a cause of action might bring. As a result Senior Management is directly involved in decision making on issue which they are totally inexperienced with. Working environment leaves a lot to be desired. Huge open space with very bad acoustic. No privacy whatsoever. Very large turnover of the staff.

Great environment to work in as part of a collaborative team in a supportive culture.
The good thingsFreedom Foods is a dynamic place to work, where no day is ever the same. The challenge of learning new skills and the reward that comes along with it is the most fulfilling part of the role. Freedom gives every employee enough chance for individual growth and development and the company looks to train staff and promote from within, from Administrative Roles to Leadership positions. The way that they support Australian Industries is amazing and there should be more recognition for it!!!
The challengesWith such a fast growing and innovative company, some the systems currently in place will need to be expanded in their capabilities to stay on the trajectory of where the company is heading.

Great people, but the company has lost their way. They act like a small private business, but they are now a publicly listed business and need to grow up.
The good thingsThe people you directly work with are fantastic
The challengesManagement cannot make decisions. They don't know what they want, nor what is important, ignoring what would be a great benefit and focusing on the wrong things

Freedom Foods Group is a rapidly growing and dynamic Company that I am proud to be a part of!
The good thingsWorking at Freedom Foods has been an experience like no other, it is energetic, fast paced with a culture that brings everyone together. We work collaboratively to constantly challenge and push our limits, with innovation at the heart of what we do every voice is heard; regardless of what team you are a part of. As the Company continues to grow so do its people, with opportunities for career development available for those who are ambitious and passionate.
The challengesThe growing pains that come with being such a fast-paced and innovative Company, but for those who thrive in this environment it is a rewarding challenge that will excel your career.

Being a member of a family of diverse and equal members who collaborate willingly to challenge the norm to create the amazing.
The good thingsFreedom Foods not only leads the marketplace in food and beverage it is also a leader with people. No matter the role or seniority of the position you are valued and respected. Equality and diversity are respected not only culturally but personally. I love the vibe of excellence and the expectation of success. Management expects fresh ideas and innovative behaviors. Teams really are teams with collaboration an ideal.
The challengesThe vibe also creates inherent issues for those who may not work well in an environment of constant change. If you are one who likes the same regime daily then Freedom isn't for you. If you like the big wave surfing experience or fingertips on a cliff kind of challenges its perfect. Not that its risky or lacking control its the opposite. Freedom is confident and strong-willed taking strong challenges and forcing change. The challenge is having enough personal confidence to collaborate and open your mind to amazing people doing amazing things.

A fast growing business that will help you to grow with it.
The good thingsFreedom is a fast paced rapidly expanding company. Its now the fastest growing FMCG business within the food sector in Australia.
The challengesIt takes a little while to adapt to the change from large corporate to a highly dynamic business like Freedom Foods but once you have made that change you will find that its really refreshing to be able to get things done quickly.

The good thingsFast-paced and innovative, great brands that are quick to move on market trends and develop products and solutions when opportunities arise. Close knit teams.

    Opportunity for career development
The good thingsThe benefit of working for a growing company like Freedom is that there are lots of opportunities to grow and learn. It is a fast-paced environment, and you can achieve a lot in a short amount of time - perfect for those who are self-starters and hard workers. And another huge plus - everyone in head office is very friendly and down-to-earth!
The challengesIn this fast-paced environment, time isn't invested in communication, which can be very frustrating!

The good thingsAn extremely dynamic and growing business which doesn't follow the status quo.
The challengesWith rapid growth comes challenges from all departments of the business. People who want to work at Freedom need to ensure they are willing to go through struggles at times to achieve the results the company is achieving.

The worst company I have ever worked for, if you place any value on the way people treat their employees don't consider working for them!
    The good thingsGreat products...that's it
The challengesThe company places no value on its employees, you are merely a number. The company has outgrown its own capacity and the abilities of the management team. The sole focus on the business is to improve its share price. The business is micro managed by senior management who do not empower their staff with consistent roadblocks to achieve success, set up to fail rather than succeed.

Loved every minute - a really positive experience!
The good thingsFreedom is going through rapid growth so its the perfect time to be working within the Company. As the company continues to grow, employees can also. No two days are the same, which means you are able to gain exposure to a variety of areas that you typically wouldn't, elsewhere. The Company provides an environment where you can challenge the norm, work collaboratively on tasks or projects and also provides the platform so you can contribute to your personal and professional development. There is always plenty of healthy snacks and food to keep you going.
The challengesAs the Company moves quickly so does its employees so you need to be agile and flexible in your approach.

Exciting and dynamic - glad to be part of the action!
The good thingsWorking at Freedom Foods Group is one of the best experiences I’ve had in my working career. Having had many opportunities to utilise my skills in many areas of the business has been a rewarding experience. The business has been very supportive and is keen to see people grow and develop. It is fast paced and every day is different – can’t speak highly enough of this great organisation.
The challengesBeing in a fast paced environment has it challenges but it is also rewarding. Watching this Company go from strength to strength has been an amazing experience.

One of the best companies with the best environment that I have EVER worked in
The good thingsFreedom Foods is a fast paced, action packed environment with a company that is in enormous growth for the industry that it trades in. The company continues to grow and expand its portfolio to round out all manufacturing capability which only strengths the portfolio and your ability to dominate the environment it plays in. This increase in business does not come at the cost of the culture and benefits experienced working for an Australian company such as managements understanding of the modern work life balance, celebrating the wins (which there are many), listening to individual ideas on how to improve and acting on them, strong incentive program, a focus on healthy living and healthy lifestyles with nutritionists at your disposal and, of course, plenty of healthy food to keep you sustained throughout the day.
The challengesAs it is so fast paced it is important to continually drive your own personal growth and development as it is easy to get sidetracked into the multitude of projects and new product development that is continually happening daily.
