    The good thingsWorkshop workers are good people, works steady and not too difficult
    The challengesVery poor middle Management speak down too you and you will never receive any sort of recognition for your work, will find the next thing too tear you down directly after you finish, suggestions for improvement/ tools and equipment fall on deaf ears, receive lip service but arnt interested in any of the workshops needs. workers leave after short periods due too poor middle management.
