    The company is great and keen to develop people to be beneficial to the organization.
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with different people from different culture and perspective. Management continues to develop individuals capabilities to enhance not only with the work performance but also personal growth.
    The challengesThe company works well hence providing a stable workplace would make a big difference specially during severe weather conditions.

    Would be good but completely mismanaged and has toxic upper management
    The good thingsThe work when available is alright its very chill
    The challengesThe company prioritises looking busy over the work completed, the monitoring is overbearing and you can tell that some of the management is dealing with terrible bosses. The management does not value the work completed over your life. They were begging me to spend 14hrs a day at work and getting there and back (I was leaving a few min early to reduce that to 13.5hrs a day whilst making sure that my work was completed). I am not the only one thats seen the changes in management in recent times. There is also more mismanagement when it comes towards the amount of work present vs the amount of employees, they are way overstaffed. I've been around when there has been around 1-2 employees worth of work while 6 employees were assigned (after 3 weeks of this I started taking leave for it). You will also be payed around 21/hr after taxes and extremely over taxed, I have not received my super yet either (I can update eventually). There are more things I could point out but I'm out of space.
