    Limited career advancement.
    The good things* Colleages are great, built our own culture. Some really awesome people there. * Staff care about their clients and clients are number 1 priority. * Juniors get mentored by quality engineers.
    The challenges* Micromanagement and intimidation like behavour needs to change. * Management ethos is "Live to Work" - work/life balance needed. * Business runs extremely lean - staff overworked and underpaid. * Expected to work with the latest products - training needs to be provided. * New products being tested/used - reasonable timelines must be considered. * Culture is toxic - management must implement change. * Boys club culture - embrace diverse workforce. * Mentoring needs to be across all levels.

    The good thingsGreat team, good leadership, having a canteen was amazing and they care about your health by doing 5min stretches a day.
    The challengesIt was not managements fault, but the client did not have clear instructions, so things would change often.

    The good thingsGood facilities such as toilets, kitchens and parking.
    The challengesBad management, no clear direction, they were too busy and lacked good communication skills. Very judgemental. No proper set up to do your job properly. Toxic environment due to negativity from staff members, they seem confused and lost due to the size of the company, departments, roles and duties.
