    Fujitsu is a reputable company, but my personal experience has been negatively shaped by certain higher-level employees. Instead of fostering growth and supporting their teams, some managers use their influence to suppress employees who perform well, often taking credit or creating barriers to career progression. High performers are typically given more work without recognition, not fair pay, No advancement opportunities. Many skilled, career-oriented employees eventually leave due to limited growth, micromanagement, and salaries that do not reflect experience or market standards. Additionally, HR tends to prioritize the perspectives of senior management rather than addressing the concerns of regular employees, leaving little recourse if you encounter poor leadership. There are some people who make their own rules and run business, To much politics, They always look after each others back and shows that they are running whole business and they own it.

    Nice to meet clients attend to them and resolve the situation Great Job good at the start on 6 month contract better then nothing then got messy volume of tickets I was getting over 40 I got
