    Lutheran Homes GroupToxic environment. Nepotism is a common practice. Do the right thing, and you will put a target on your back. One minute someone is there, and the next they are gone. No explanation. The good ones go, and the narcissists stay and get promoted.

    A great place to work, but you earn every single cent you work for.
    The good thingsWorking with great people in a real team enviroment. Knowing all of the residents and interacting with them on a personal level. Finishing each shift with the knowledge that I had more than fulfilled my required duties.
    The challengesSome shifts require you to start earlier than your rostered shift to meet deadlines on time for which you receive no extra pay. Management has had no experience in working in my area, so It can be difficult trying to communicate with them if issues arise
