looking back it was a shambles, the company has no direction or formalities for new starters
The good thingsThe Early starts were good
The challengesThe training was appalling & all over the place, the managers were not aligned with each other & had no idea what each other department head was doing

Micromanages, unsupportive environment and set in their old ways
The good thingsMeeting some new people and free parking
The challengesProcesses are outdated and managers are unable to see new ways of doing things. Everyone is stuck in the ‘GJames way’ and they seem fine with that. Most staff have been around for 20-40 years and it shows.

Words are said but unless you get it in writing nothing happens. I would not recommend anyone look for longevity at this establishment.
The good thingsSome of the team members.
The challengesManagement doesn't follow through with complaints about targeted verbal aggressions ( won't let me write Bull - ying) , production manager made multiple people resign but wasn't dealt with. People get sconed for not knowing answers, but than the higher ups cut corners and gets "ignored".
