A privleged role to be in, but ruined by Officers & Management who will make your life miserable.The good thingsTravelling to other locations to work has been good, as well as Accomodation & Food being covered... but otherwise, not much else.
The challengesFavortism runs rampant in G4s and the Managers/Supervisors are all best mates, so you mess up with one, you mess up with all of them. Training is lazy and is past on to other Officers who aren't Qualified to provide training.
Rumours are constantly spread about other Officers, and you cannot trust other Officers with anything.
Some Officers have such inflated ego's that they cannot handle being told no either.
