    Great growth opportunities , poor leadership and negative culture brought in from executives
    The good thingsFlexibility in leadership roles to work around your own schedule
    The challengesWorkload / and priorities constantly changing . Upper management only focused on wages rather than quality . Short staffing meaning good team are always leaving and the ones that stay are burnt out
