You are a number not a person
The good thingsCo-workers were always fantastic to work with, the only thing that made the job bearable
The challengesManagement, you would be micromanaged to the extreme. Always pushing for more and more, if people started meeting their bonuses, they'd dramatically increase sales numbers. Treated like a number not like a person

has been going downhill for years. too many cutbacks with no benefits for staff, financial or otherwise.
