    Better than nothing
The good thingsYou don't need experience and the people are generally very friendly. Great chance to develop public speaking skills.
The challengesSuper high turnover, no retainer, not a reliable income for most people.

Very challenging and also rewarding in upskilling your current knowledge in life skills and business
The good thingsGreat social environment with support available for business development
The challengesAlthough it's commission based you will need to create a large network for yourself in order to get off the ground in developing your own business. Lists of names and contacts would be crucial for success if you would like to build a business

Good for learning sales, terrible hour/pay relationship.
The good thingsIf you have nothing to do with your life, and are willing to work a lot for little money, I think this company offers a great career development program. I heard some of the success stories, and IF THEY ARE TRUE, they're amazing.
The challengesThe challenge is the great amount of hours they make you put in. This is a commission based job, and you work on an ABN. They don't literally tell you when to work, or when to stop, but they juice your energy. They encourage you to work 5 to 6 days a week, and an average day begins at 8:30AM, and ends at 7:30 PM.
