    The good thingsThe good things list here...
    The challengesBe aware if applying here that this is a brand new Hyundai Venture and most of the operations are in the beginning stages or not built. Beware anything you will see on the employment advertisement saying something to the effect that career growth is part of this employment experience. Same rules apply as anywhere else and especially as seen with dealer related environments they will with hold what you need to grow to keep your job in an unstable position as a strategy. You will see a lot of your time lost here with no return for you Professionally or personally which everybody should have the opportunity to if they are willing to do the work and no right if you are not putting in the work and sadly you will see this happening here like a lot of dealerships. Pay here is very average too.
