    Got to admit I admired the family for their commitment.
    The good thingsOriginaly your say meant something, then as time went on your voice just wasn't heard. It became less inclusive. In old days it was fun to achieve success. Achieved greatest growth while it was more inclusive.
    The challengesCash flow restrictions. Manufacturing became too costly and became too hard to maintain competitive edge. Lead times made it restrictive to achieving budgets.

    my life at work is a work in progress and excitement.
    The good thingsbeen here for 8 years now and was able to buy a house and car. management was helpful in bringing my family over from philippines.
    The challengeswork differs everytime and the processes involved in doing a job will require one with a lot of patience and skill, imagination, creativity and the ability to go beyond doing an ordinary job.
