    Parental & partner leave

    Our parental leave policy includes 12 weeks leave for the primary carer, and 2 weeks leave for the secondary carer.

    Employee Assistance Program

    Services include counselling, nutrition coaching, grief/bereavement support, help with addiction, legal/financial advice, and wellbeing coaching.

    Corporate discounts

    Purchase leave program

    To meet family or personal needs, our people can purchase additional leave. Up to 8 weeks of additional leave may be considered.
