Parental & partner leave

Our parental leave policy includes 12 weeks leave for the primary carer, and 2 weeks leave for the secondary carer.

Employee Assistance Program

Services include counselling, nutrition coaching, grief/bereavement support, help with addiction, legal/financial advice, and wellbeing coaching.

Corporate discounts

A variety of corporate discounts are also available at GHD. The list is continuously growing and updating, and some discounts may be location dependent.

Purchase leave program

To meet family or personal needs, our people can purchase additional leave. Up to 8 weeks of additional leave may be considered.
