The challengesThere is little respect given to people, their time and their life both at home work and outside of work. There is an expectation of being perfect all the time and always giving your everything to the job even if it’s working for free and doing 14 hour shifts in the field or working extended hours getting reports finalised. There are always limited resources, including time to finish a project, tools or equipment needed to do a correct job and lack of support.
