    Confusing and filled with uncertainty.
    The good thingsA team of great staff giving everything for the success of the business
    The challengesPoor management and leadership. No training or support. Change of procedures and direction of the business with no consultation and buy in. Seems as though management believe lack of information is power rather than educating and involving staff in the journey.
