    Wouldn’t bother unless I was unemployed, Massive culture change or restructuring needed.
    The good thingsUse to be an amazing place to work. But now poor management and government red and green tape have destroyed the culture and productivity.
    The challengesPoor management, Endless meetings that could be emails, Red and green tape making it impossible to do anything, Pay loosing ground to CPI every year. Purple circle people promoted beyond their capabilities.
