    Avoid as much as possible if you are an aspiring technical talent looking to grow and learn. 30 years behind the Tier 1 miners in governance and approach.
    The good thingsNone, stay away! This is where talent go perish.
    The challengesTier 3 miner. Australian assets are failing in all aspects. Do not have the financial capacity to resource appropriately hence the constant changes to mitigate costs.
