    The challengesThe culture has gone downhill in my time here. Safety has become nothing more than a legal obligation and profits matter more than anything else. Do not expect loyalty or respect from anyone higher than supervisor. You are a number.

    The challengesHonestly I’d say the pay, not that it’s bad but I’ve seen a lot of people leave chasing the dollars, glencore Mount Isa is a bit behind in most cases
