    Ive heard management change upcoming, hopefully better then.
    The good thingsThe location and opportunity to be home daily
    The challengesVery poor management. No transparency in decision making, favouritism, lack of accountability. The managers are invisible, not seen by the workers and make massive decisions without justification

    Management is full of false promises and doesn’t care about the workforce.
    The good thingsThe job is great and very diverse. Working in the smelter was my favourite. Travelling 15 min to work was awesome.
    The challengesManagement is very too heavy and has no time for the workers. Safety only cares about saving money not the actual safety of the personnel. There is no chance to improve your career, as there is no money allocated.

    Roster permitted good balance of work and home life but management seemed to make some poor decisions which set the company back.
