    The good thingsFinance team is friendly and support each other. Really nice working environment and working hour is flexible. People and culture are good. Will have a lot of free samples for you to bring home, very nice

    Fun, enjoyable, could be paid abit better for what u actually do.
    The good thingsChilled, always something to do, never stand around bored, great communication with head office/ managers. Everyone has always been kind.
    The challengesI work in a small store and the over load of delivery's is insane! The pay could be better for the amount of unboxing / lifting / and constant sale changes /vm updates. To much sale signage, it can get very awkward when customers come in saying use are always on sale use are always closing?

    A divisive culture
    The good thingsthe discounts that you get are good and there are some nice people who work there. Interacting with customers and putting away stock is the most enjoyable part
    The challengesi found issues with being micromanaged and the perpetrator having a conflicting personality with me; so naturally they didn't understand my thought process which ultimately led to being scolded more than I would've liked. The vm also constantly changes so it is difficult to direct customers to areas for the item that they have desired. I also believed that at times, the employees voices needed to be heard because we had the items in stock we just didn't see fit to display it despite it being very popular and heavily asked for.

    The good thingsCoworkers are great, hours and the music.
    The challengesHuge amount of VM change overs, ridiculously large stock deliveries and terrible communication from head office management. They do not pay you to start early and and stay late to close the store, but expect you to arrive 15 min before your shift starts and not begin closing procedures before end of business hours.

    A terrible place to work. Culture is toxic. Very hard to get any traction with information and communication because of the high turnover of staff. Avoid if you can!

    A company full of support with Fantastic incentives for just doing your job.
    The good thingsA great company to grow with, I started as a casual and became a store manager, Cluster Manager and now a Regional Sales Manager all within a few years. You get full support from upper management and all head office personnel. I have won many incentive prizes from free products to Trips to London, Paris, Japan and Bali all for just doing my job.
    The challengesThe same as any retail role. Plan your days and the job gets easier.

    Everyone is Welcoming & friendly.
    The good thingsI have worked over several stores in my 2 years with the company, the team are all super friendly and great to work with. I have made plenty of friends along my way. There is always plenty of opportunities for career progression.
    The challengesThere is a lot of stock/ physical work as we quiet often change the store around to showcase new stock or alternate sale items.

    Friendly staff and opportunities to progress!
    The good thingsThe teams that you work with are incredible - I've made so many new friends throughout the time here. There are great opportunities to progress within the company as I started as a casual and have progressed to assistant manager at a brand new store!
    The challengesIt can be physically demanding at times as there is a lot of stock to get through and VM changes but it does make even the quietest days go quick (and you won't need a gym membership!)

    The good thingsThe company has a friendly and team based approach, always being supportive of all staff. There is always new products coming in the stores to keep it fresh and exciting!!     The good thingsThe culture of the company is friendly and respectful, there often new and exciting ranges of stock coming into our stores, work is never dull, ideal for the passionate seller. Having been with the company for nearly a decade, I've seen lots of changes but there are always new opportunities to be had.
    The challengesThere is a lot of stock but I see that as part of my physical routine to keep fit and healthy. And lots of stock means happy customers, which is always a pleasure to be so happy at work.

    The most fun I’ve ever had at work!
    The good thingsI started here 8 years ago and have had great career growth now being NSW State manager. The leadership team I work with are fun, wise and very encouraging. We have only just got back from a National conference which this company does a lot of…we believe in connecting with everyone when we can! I have been lucky enough to travel the World working here! Having been to a lot of places in England and most recently represented us in Chicago …not to forget Hollywood and LA! 😁 ….and in May this year the winners of our last incentive are off to Hamilton Island!!! Fabulous company to work for!!
