Team leaders support was high, great repore, training to a high standard.
The good thingsGMHBA is a growing organisation in the Geelong area, the call centre is restricting with not being able to stand at a desk in comfort. When your locked into a day shift its important to be able to stand and relieve the pressure on your back.
The challengesImmobility is an issue, desk to can be raised would make a better environment.
