    Not much opportunity to grow within the business.

    The challengesManagement had no idea how to run a business, kept getting rid of good staff and had no loyalty to staff. Only cared about making money not the wellbeing of employees.

    A brilliant opportunity for a keen natural medicine and abundant health enthusiast!
    The good thingsGreat friendly team and understanding and generous manager, could ask naturopath questions which i had a lot of so wad so wonderful to learn everyday, recieve benifits of staff discounts, and help peoplw who came in the store! Win win win

    The good thingsDiscount Days In-spite of the already huge mark ups
    The challengesStanding all day in 8 hour shifts, short lunch breaks, the push to up-selling is constant even when customer doesn't need the product, Not really about health any more, its daily sales targets now.
