    Poor management and being a skilled operator was not given many chances to operate machines.....only to fix up others mistakes.
    The good thingsPaid the bills until I found something better.
    The challengesFixing up other peoples mistakes on machinery.Working with inexeperienced operators that didn't know what they were doing but were allowed to operate machinery because they were friends with the owner.Poor management,many safety issues and unskilled operators.
