    The challengesManagement disconnection - East coast management with little support or regard to WA operations. No idea on how to setup and run a smooth operation in Western Australia. No idea on how to successfully setup a project to allow for thier people to succeed. No accountability by senior management

    Good pay, some good people but still does not worth the challenges
    The good thingsSome teams are great. The work-life balance is quite okay. The industry itself is amazing and meaningful.
    The challengesSilo working, very hard to get through with the older generation of workers, applying changes is almost impossible. The management is completely disconnected from the employees.

    I would work again for them as long as the Senior Managers had an enlightening moment and appreciated their workers more.
    The good thingsThe people are genuine sincere and passionate about their work and projects. Senior Management though lack people skills, poor communication and old school mentality - need to lighten up
    The challengesThe distances to travel, time and effort at times were not appreciate by Senior Management - taken for granted Lack of appropriate IT Systems - always making do
