    The management is very poor, very dictating, does not care about staff well being.
    The good thingsMost of the nursing staffs are friendly
    The challengesAutonomous management, dictator in disguise. Eg: if you call sick i will take you off the roster, what ever I say you say yes and so on

    I feel extremely privileged and proud to be part of the Goondee team, that pride itself for the homely and caring environment
    The good thingsGoondee aged Care is a standalone single owner, which makes it unique in terms of closed communication with the owners. They are extremely generous in terms of providing up to date equipment and resources to provide quality and optimal care. Decision making by the owners are always about and for the residents. To me the person centred approach to providing a service is very important for me.
    The challengesBrecause Goondee is a standalone organisation, networking opportunities are limited at times.
