It was certainly a good learning experience for me (certainly different to other jobs I had done before). The good thingsThere was always something to keep you busy until my contract ended. The people working there were easy to get along with. The working hours were flexible (if you start early you can go home early).
The challengesWe had to learn how to sentence according to the policies, guidelines and procedures of numerous departments I had not worked for before. Every department has its own rules, guidelines and procedures when it comes to sentencing and archiving. So it was definitely a challenge for me to work there.
