    Great office staff - bad management. Old a$$es need to retire.
    The good thingsOffice staff are awesome - they give the place life.
    The challengesAll management in H/O mentally operate as if it is still 1945, get with the times fool. Very outdated - they don't seek to hear employees, they recycle the same 'solutions' without solving the main issues at hand, which is why the same problems keep arising..... all the time. No career growth.

    The challengesEmployed as a casual but worked exactly 7.5 hrs every day with no flexibility. One week contract which may or may not be renewed each Friday so no job security beyond 5 days.

    It was certainly a good learning experience for me (certainly different to other jobs I had done before).
    The good thingsThere was always something to keep you busy until my contract ended. The people working there were easy to get along with. The working hours were flexible (if you start early you can go home early).
    The challengesWe had to learn how to sentence according to the policies, guidelines and procedures of numerous departments I had not worked for before. Every department has its own rules, guidelines and procedures when it comes to sentencing and archiving. So it was definitely a challenge for me to work there.

    Enjoyed my time there and would happily recommend to anyone who likes to be on the road and not afraid of physical work.
    The good thingsOn the road a lot good variety of work and nice clients. Management were good to work for and weren't afraid to get their hands dirty.
    The challengescan be very physical at times when delivering/pickup from places with no elevator. Sometimes workload was to much due to staff shortage.

    Hope salary could be better as it is a night shift

    they under paid the award wage and didnt pay my super annuation
