    Amazing when they knew they were a small business, went downhill when they got too big for their britches
    The good things$3 tickets, the team around me, the head office people who care about their managers
    The challengesHead office, the lack of reward and recognition for hard work, quick to point the finger at anyone but themselves, quick to pat themselves on the back. No appreciation for their management team

    Amazing experience!
    The good thingsLots of fun, great people to work with. Job was never boring and pay was good. Lots to learn and head office were great.
    The challengesLate nights, only casual unless you're a manager.

    disappointing, could of been a excellent job had there been better rosters and salary.
    The good thingsThe Big Bosses in head office were fantastic, but out of touch with the going on in the place. Could not fault the junior staff, they were exceptional.
    The challengesThe job was very satisfying in itself. Lots of different roles to play throughout the day. Unfortunately the rosters where extremely difficult and the salary is below par

    I would highly recommend working at the Grand Cinemas Bunbury, everyone there is amazing! It’s a fun and happy environment
    The good thingsEveryone is great to work with and you get cheap tickets to movies each week
