    Good enough for someone who is starting
    The good thingsIt's a good company if you are under the right management/manager. Probably a good starting point if you are straight out of uni.
    The challengesThe designers/architects need to get their act together. Most of the time they seem to be chasing their tails - in the end some one else suffers for their shortcomings. There also seems to be a LOT of office politics going on under the surface.
