A great experience in disorganisation The good thingsThey choose good people with great intentions. Good salary.
The challengesYou don't feel safely employed, primarily due to lack of defined roles, process and knee-jerk, sometimes toxic management. The staff may do a great job, with valid ethics behind how they work, you may 'work smart' however judgement sits with your online and system visibility which can be less relevant particularly to customer facing roles many of the client facing and ops roles are not clearly defined with crossover of up to 3 people/departments for issue resolution that one person could manage. Its messy!
