The good thingsThe team were wonderful - but most wanted to leave unless they were already being promoted into higher paid roles.
The challengesMicro management, felt like I was working in a cult. No help to do anything. IT systems painful

Great place to work with fantastic management and people
The good thingsGreat benefit programs, flexible working, management keen on developing and promoting people through the business, huge culture change in the last two years and the management live and breathe the culture which is fantastic.
The challengesSalary compared to other FMCH is low, leaning out of business has meant some now doing multiple roles and under-resourced

Wish there was more opportunity for growth and salaries were not at the bottom end of the average brackets for each title.

If you keep to yourself and don't make buddies at work, no issues working as great products and resources. Great new products in pipeline too.
The good thingsInspirational General Manager and some good value products
The challengesSome challenging egos in Head Office particularly in the Sales and Marketing higher levels - that only likes to hear good things and are driven by their own personal agendas. This has been an ongoing issue with the Company based on additional feedback from many ex-colleagues who have worked over the years.

    Great products worst management
The good thingsThe best products for patients
The challengesManagement criticism and scoring on field days despite being a top 10% performer in sales and completing all expectations for eight years. Demotivating ranking systems. Micromanaging, focus on metrics not patients or customers quality interactions. Head office leaders are so far removed from the reality of every day general practice needs.

No career progression, high turnover in reps, career blocking management
The good thingsProducts are better than competitors
The challengesReactive leadership, poor management- first line sales managers are not very good, they do not support any growth of individuals or encourage learning. If you want to sell a product like a robot then come here. Very high staff turn over due to this.

It was bad and there have been a lot of changes in the last 3 year, but still a toxic place to work with no carer progression due to the flat structure and office politics
The good thingsSome of the people that work there were lovely, the office had a nice open feel and there was flexibility on working hours
The challengesToxic management structure, even after the "reforms" office politics was still a joke. It was never what you could do, it was always who you were friends with!

Needs a refresh in leaders. Too many in the organisation for too long. Not forward thinking and progressive.
The good thingsWhen the stress and pressure are off ppl are good to work with. Also flexible with Friday working from home. Most of the team never in on Fri.
The challengesThe leadership team are horrible bar a few. Some loud, others aggressive, some incompetent. Gave the others who were good a bad name.

The team/brand you work with is hugely dependent on your experience. Mine was horrendous and would not recommend working for this company at all.
The good thingsWider, cross functional team were incredibly supportive and the only reason I stayed there as long as I did. Flexibility with working from home.
The challengesHorrific middle management. Unrealistic expectations of duties for job level. Unsupportive. One sided.

This company is run by clowns, it’s circus around here no one knows what they’re doing.
The good thingsSome teammates/colleagues are nice and friendly. If you’re a rookie it’s probably your best opportunity.
The challengesCULTURE- The worst I’ve been, No diversity and “it’s all about me” attitude, no career development, company not supportive except on how to get a sale. MANAGEMENT- Management from pretty much all levels change like sunrise to sunset, they pretend they care about people but it’s all about how they’ll look good from people from upper management. Turnover of people here are very high it’s like every 6 months there’s restructure hapenning
